Our name, Helping Everyone Make Improvements, reflects our mission: to serve as a dedicated, compassionate resource for adults aged 18 and older who are ready to overcome addiction and pursue lasting recovery.

Located in the heart of Roanoke, Virginia, H.E.M.I. House provides a peaceful, supportive setting for your recovery journey. Conveniently situated along the bus line, we’re just minutes from essential amenities, including grocery stores and medical care. Our 27 acre, nature-filled property features multiple buildings designed to offer flexible, transitional housing that meets you exactly where you are in your recovery. Whether you’re seeking peace, support, or room to grow, H.E.M.I. House is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We currently offer the ASAM Level 2.5 PHP and ASAM Level 2.1 IOP Program
